Shipping
We ship exclusively within metropolitan France.
Every piece is made to order, so estimated delivery takes between 1 and 4 weeks.
Orders are shipped with Colissimo. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
You can choose between three delivery options:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel, according to Colissimo’s rates.
We’ll keep you updated by email at each stage of your garment’s creation, up until the parcel is handed over to Colissimo.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any ready-to-wear item.
If you notice a defect or any damage caused during shipping, you can return the item concerned.
Once we receive your return, we’ll check the condition of the items before accepting it and issuing a refund. This process takes 48 to 72 hours.
Please make sure the item is returned in its original box, with its tags, unworn and unsoiled. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
